Tender Description
Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and capable contractors to establish a panel for minor building works on a schedule of rates basis.
Contractors must have the capability to perform integrated construction works comprising of trades including but not limited to:
* Building maintenance works,
* Structural works including steelwork and concrete works,
* Earthworks including excavation,
* Brick work,
* Electrical works,
* Carpentry works,
* Plumbing works,
* Fire services works,
* Glazing,
* Finishes including tiling, painting and plaster.
* Joinery works,
* Painting works and finishing trades.
To be awarded a contract it is mandatory requirement that all contractors are commercially registered builders.
The contract term is one (1) year initially with extension options of one plus one (1+1) at Councils discretion.
