Expression of Interest Provision of Internal Audit Services

⁠⁠⁠Mt Hotham Alpine Resort Management Board (MHARMB) is committed to delivering organisational effectiveness and responsible financial management.

MHARMB is seeking expressions of interest from contractors interested in providing such services including but not limited to:
* Compiling and maintaining a risk-based Internal Audit Plan.
* Performing financial, compliance and performance audits in accordance with the Internal Audit Plan.
* Working with MHARMB management to facilitate continuous improvement of systems and proactive management of risks.
* Researching, disseminating and tailoring of best practice relevant to MHARMB Systems.
* Attending meetings of the MHARMB Audit & Risk Committee as required to present reports.

MHARMB is proposing to enter into a contract for provision of these services for an initial period of one year with an option for renewal for a further two years.

MHARMB will select a contractor to provide these services on the basis of:
* Demonstrated capacity to provide the required services
* The technical feasibility and commercial acceptability of the proposal
* Expertise and Experience
* Price competitiveness
* Experience of staff and their time allocated to the project
* Conformity with professional standards
