AMOSC operates Australia’s major marine Oil Spill response equipment stockpile for the Australian Oil & gas industry on 24 Hour Stand-by for rapid response anywhere around the Australian coast.
AMOSC and its member companies, has identified a potential requirement for the collection of air quality Monitoring (AQM) data, (WQM) data and the analysis of these datasets in the evet of a major incident. The collection and analysis of data will assist with providing a safe, fit for purpose response to any marine oil Spill incident.
This EOI will provide AMOSC, on behalf of its wider industry membership with potential providers of service for the sensor equipment, analysis suites and/or operation of the equipment required to monitor air and sea hydrocarbon levels during a marine based oil spill.
Please provide an Expression of interest(s) to provide all or part of the following Capability:
Call-off services:
* Provision of sensors
* Analysis of Data collected
* Decision Support system (DSS) based on Data analysis
AQM sensors to include but not limited to monitoring of LEL, H2S, Total hydrocarbons, Benzene, Oxygen and able to operate in the offshore environments.
WQM sensors to enable water column monitoring during use of subsea and surface dispersants and also water column sampling on amount of hydrocarbon present at various ranges arounds the point source of release therefore able to operate in the offshore environments.
The Proposal should include:
* Type of equipment provided
* Capacity to provide equipment and operating personnel
* Annual cost of call-off service for a minimum of three years
* Options for charges
