Located in the heart of Wollongong and with a true links style 18 hole course alongside a magnificent beachfront; this is one of the oldest golf clubs in Australia. It has already been servicing the community for nearly 120 years and plans to keep doing so well into the future.

The club vision is to be recognised as regional Australia's strongest member-owned golf organisation. A significant upgrade to the club premises is planned for October 2016 and this is a real testament to their commitment to this vision.

The Wollongong Golf Club is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified Contract Caterers that are willing to join them on this journey and to realise their potential.

The successful caterer will take over the food operations which has a fully equipped commercial kitchen being provided plus a seating capacity of up to 270 people in 550sq metres. It is a 7 day lunch and dinner operation.

Favourable commercial terms including rental expectations and other related expenses will be discussed with successful applicants once the EOI process has been completed.

The successful candidate will:
* Have a passion for food and a proven experience in providing quality and consistent meals in a fast paced environment as well as providing catering services for functions and events
* Work with Club Management to drive visitation, customer retention and club advocacy via the delivery of an optimal customer experience
* Be customer service focused with respect to both front and back of house requirements
* Have the relevant qualifications and insurances in place.
