Roadside Mowing & Ancillary Works

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of Roadside Mowing, Garden Maintenance and Litter collection Services within the municipality.

Works and services under this contract include the supply of suitable plant, equipment, consumables and appropriately trained staff to undertake; mowing and litter collection at a variety of sites throughout the city. The majority of works will be undertaken on council’s roadsides grassed areas and landscape treatments.

Maps will be provided for all roadside mowing areas. The contractor should inspect and familiarise themselves with all areas of work, in order to accurately price the service.

There will also be some work required in Council’s passive recreation areas on a required basis.

The tender pricing will be based on individual schedules of work, that will require schedule of rates pricing.
