Provision of Event Equipment Hire

⁠⁠⁠Contract No. 16/037 for the Provision of Event Equipment Hire is a Panel contract based on Schedule of Rates and has been split into two separate service components as follows: -

Contract No. 16/037a – Hire of Temporary Infrastructure: this service component encompasses the hire of marquees, seating and similar temporary infrastructure for festivals and other events organised by the Melton City Council.

Contract No. 16/037b – Hire of Audio/Visual Equipment: this service component encompasses the hire of audio/visual equipment for festivals and other events organised by the Melton City Council.

Tenderers may, without prejudice, submit a tender for either individual service component or for both service components. The Contractors appointed by Council will be included within a panel of suitably qualified and experienced Contractors available to supply some or all of the services detailed in the Tender Specification.
