The University of Adelaide invites you to participate in a Request for Tender for the provision of ultra-cold freezer maintenance services to the University in accordance with the rules and requirements set out in this Request for Tender.
The University has more than 200 ultra-cold (-80o) freezers in use across its three campuses. The research samples and materials that are stored in ultra-cold freezers are extremely valuable. The maintenance program is intended to contribute to mitigating the risk of loss of samples through freezer failure, along with other controls the University has in place. The University is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor who can provide preventative maintenance, servicing and emergency repairs.
