Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council is inviting tenders for the Citect Software Upgrade at Freshwater Water Treatment Plant.

Citect software is utilised at the Freshwater Water Treatment Plant (FWTP) to provide 24x7 services for monitoring and control of the processes and systems at the treatment plant. It also provides an alarm system to inform Cairns Regional Council Water and Waste (CRCWW) Operations staff of critical events within the plant that require urgent attention. Therefore it is a critical component of the operation of the plant.

Vendor support for the current version of Citect software being utilised at this site expires on the 31/12/2016. Consequently, CRCWW is seeking quotations from suitability qualified and experienced Contractors to complete the upgrade to CitectSCADA 7.5.
