The Surbiton Park Recycled Water Plant (RWP) is located on Butlers Road, Mt Cottrell, approximately 8 km south of Melton. Western Water is seeking tenders for Contract C00128 Surbiton Park RWP Biosolids Facility Upgrade.
The scope of work of this Design and Construct contract is described in the attached tender documents and generally includes a new 3,200 m3 anaerobic digester, a 500 m3 dual-membrane gas holder, biogas and heating management systems and associated civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control works.
The closing time for electronic lodgement of tenders is 2.00 pm on Wednesday 13 July 2016. A mandatory briefing of prospective tenderers will be held on site on Monday 23rd May 2016 commencing at 9.00 am. Attendees are required to provide their own PPE (high-visibility vest, steel-capped lace-up boots).
