Tender Description
Finance is responsible for the Australian Government’s accommodation management services arrangement. Under this arrangement, the contracted accommodation program manager is responsible for:
* Establishing and maintaining the accommodation program within Australia,
* Negotiating rates with accommodation providers,
* Making bookings for government travellers, and
* Paying accommodation providers.
The accommodation management services contract is due to expire in June 2017.
Finance is seeking the views of industry and other stakeholders in relation to the renewal of the accommodation management services arrangement through a discussion paper. We aim to use the feedback to inform the government’s future accommodation services.
