Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for the supply and installation of new floodlights for the Bicentennial Reserve sealed courts. Work will include demolishing existing floodlighting infrastructure, installation of new tower switchboard, new pole submains, installation of new poles and luminaires.
A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at Bicentennial Reserve sealed courts, Small Street, Willoughby, commencing at 11:00am on Wednesday 18 May 2016. All prospective Tenderers are required to attend the pre-tender meeting. A tender submitted by any Tenderer who has not attended the pre-tender meeting cannot be considered.
Tenders are to be submitted online (see electronic tender box option below) OR within a sealed envelope endorsed:
"The General Manager
Tender for Bicentennial Reserve sealed courts floodlighting upgrade" and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood so as to be received in full prior to 11:00am Wednesday 1st June 2016. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
