Tender Description
The construction of the new asphalt carpark and associated path and landscaping works. The works include:
1. Demolition and tree protection
2. The construction of new concrete kerb and channel, pavement, drainage and linemarking.
3. Delivery and installation of new CoM Park Style lighting including footings, cables, conduits and associated works (Light poles and Luminaires to be supplied by CoM)
4. Construction of new fencing and gates.
5. Landscaping works.
6. Extension to existing paths.
