Tender Description
The City of Cockburn (the Principal) is seeking the services of a suitably qualified, experienced and licenced Building Contractor for the installation of new roof sheets (including removal and disposal of old sheets) and purlins for the undercover area at the Principal Operations Centre located at 54 Wellard Street, Bibra Lake WA.
Note:
1. Security Bank Guarantees: the successful Contractor shall be required to provide Bank Guarantees refer to Clause 7.69 of the Special Conditions of Contracts for details.
A full statement of the services/works required under the proposed Contract appears in the Specification Part 2 and Special Conditions of Contract Part 7.
