Construction of alterations and additions to the existing Residential Aged Care Facility and associated infrastructure works.

This project will consist of:
1. Site establishment and preliminaries
2. Demolition
3. Construction of and extension to the existing building
4. Internal alterations
5. Associated pavement and civil works
6. General upgrading for BCA/NCC Class 9C compliance throughout the facility

Please note there is a site inspection organised for 1:00PM 27th April 2016 meeting onsite at the main entry car park, this is the only time that the interior of the building will be available for inspection.
