Gold Coast Primary Health Network - Commissioning Consultancy

⁠⁠⁠Primary Care Gold Coast (trading as Gold Coast Primary Health Network - GCPHN) is seeking responses to this invitation for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from appropriately skilled and qualified individuals and/or organisations, commencing no later than 1st June 2016 through to December 2016.

GCPHN requires specialist expertise in Commissioning (consultancy /contractor) to work alongside GCPHN staff and management utilising an action learning approach to build organisational capability including staff competencies and organisational tools and resources across all domains of the GCPHN commissioning framework.

This consultancy will be specifically applied in the context of assisting in the development of the GCPHN Regional Mental Health and Alcohol and Drug Health Service Plan and the GCPHN Commissioning Plan for implementation in 2016 onwards. The intention is that the competencies, tools and resources developed through this consultancy will be able to be applied and implemented across all GCPHN services.

As the Consultancy is specifically required to work alongside GCPHN staff to provide specialist advice and assistance, it is anticipated the consultancy would be required intensively for the first month to six weeks and then would only be required at certain periods of time each month. GCPHN anticipates that this may equate to full time support for 4 - 6 weeks (20 - 30 days) initially and then up to five days per month throughout the remaining contract period. This however will be subject to further discussion with the successful applicant/applicants.
