Cushman & Wakefield, on behalf of the Department of Treasury and Finance, seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of approximately 500 - 600 square metres of office accommodation to lease in Warragul/Drouin (preferably centrally located with reasonable access to public transport) and delivered by 1 July 2017, or earlier if an existing site. Multi-tenant sites will be considered. Secure car parking is essential.

The accommodation is required to be a minimum PCA A grade and a minimum 4.5 Star NABERS Energy Rating. Victorian Government Office Accommodation Guidelines, 2007, and other relevant Government guidelines will apply to any building or construction activities undertaken by the respondent to this project.

All submissions should include full property details and the following information:
* Location and relevant property information
* Key financial and commercial lease terms (including incentives and outgoings)
* Proposed occupation date
* Floor plans and technical specifications, images and photographs.
