Tender Description
ACARA invites Tenders for the provision of outsourcing of ACARA’s technology infrastructure, finance and payroll services in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).
ACARA is seeking provision of the following two types of Services (Service Categories):
Information technology infrastructure services to ACARA across all its sites including service support desk, helpdesk, security, WAN network infrastructure, LAN (Office) network infrastructure, contract / vendor management, technology provisioning, specific software maintenance and/or development, other general services as required; and/or
Financial and payroll services including:
financial services including financial reporting, accounting software and report customisation, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, project management reporting, mandatory business returns, purchase orders, banking services (eg transaction services, credit cards, investments), and storage in accordance with the destruction cycle as approved by the National Australian Archives (NAA) in accordance with the Disposal Authority (yet to be approved by the NAA); and
payroll services including day-to-day payroll processing reporting, legislative adherence, timesheet management, system support, position and salary adjustments, client service and user interface.
