Tender Description
The Works broadly comprise of, but are not necessarily limited to:
* Demolish existing redundant swing set in the area of the works.
* Demolish 2 x existing sand pit playground areas in the area of the works and allow to store all play equipment and shade structure for relocation/re-erection by others.
* Construct new elevated GLA block with associated toilet facilities, plant rooms, stairs, lift and undercroft.
* Make good the existing covered walkway linking with new elevated GLA block.
* Make good the grounds and landscape where disturbed by the new works.
