Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Narrogin Cottage Homes propose to build a new Entry Statement and Porte Cochere, 3 additional.

Residential Care Beds to the existing Karinya Residential Care Facility and a new 14-Bed Dementia Specific Unit extension.

The existing and new facility will comprise a double brick construction and metal roof structure with timber column and beam entry statements.
