Tender Description
FNQROC, on behalf of its member Councils, Cairns Regional Council, Mareeba Shire Council, Cassowary Coast Regional, Council Tablelands Regional Council, Cook Shire Council, Yarrabah Aboriginal Shire Council and Douglas Shire Council, invite submissions from companies wishing to provide Bitumen Resealing services for the 2016/2017 annual Bitumen Reseal program.
The Principal Councils will also establish a Register of Pre-Qualified suppliers for the provision of other bitumen and asphalt resurfacing works for which respondents are able to demonstrate capability and are suitably qualified.
The Principal Councils reserve the right to change the tender specifications prior to making a decision on the tenders submitted in response to this invite.
The Principal Councils may invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take into account any change in the tender specifications.
The Principal Councils reserve the right not to accept the lowest tender.
A tender briefing will be held at Cairns Regional Council chambers, ground floor, 119-145 Spence Street, Cairns on Monday 11 April 2016 at 10.30am. Interested parties should register their interest no later than 4pm Friday 8 April 2016 with Tender Manager Amanda Hancock on 07 4044 3021 or a.hancock@fnqroc.qld.gov.au.
Tender documents can be obtained at the tender briefing or by contacting the Tender Manager.
Tenders will close on Friday 29 April 2016 at 4pm. A fee of $50 exclusive of GST will be charged for the tender documentation.
