The EJ Whitten Foundation through the EJ Whitten Legends Game commemorates the memory of EJ Whitten and raises funds to support Prostate Cancer Research. It was launched in 1996 and is firmly established as a major fixture on the Australian sporting calendar.

In 2016, the EJ Whitten Legends Game has been fixture on Friday, 2 September on bye weekend leading into the 2016 Toyota AFL Finals Series. The match will be broadcast nationally on Channel 7, Foxtel (Fox Footy) and Telstra.

This RFP calls for the Successful Proposer to conduct the Services in planning, hosting, managing and executing the game as per the detailed scope outlined further in this document.

The AFL proposes to enter into an agreement with the Successful Proposer for the provision of the Services for a period to be determined.
