Building works are for two new buildings to be located on the school grounds of Southern Christian College, located at 150 Redwood Road, Kingston.

The larger of the two (Separable Portion B) contains 3 general learning areas and a science lab. The smaller being the refurbishment of an existing terrapin building (Separable Portion A).

Site commencement: 26th April 2016
Practical Completion:
Part A - 21st June (8 Weeks after possession of site)
Part B - 6th December (24 weeks after handover of Part A)

A site inspection has been arranged for Wednesday 30th March at 10:30am for those wishing to attend.
