Tender Description
The Department of Industry, Innovation and Science (‘the department’) has a number of sites requiring the provision of security guarding services. IP Australia sites are also included in our overall national requirements. We are looking to engage a suitable contractor who can provide the required services in their entirety, on a national basis, with the flexibility required over the contract period. The department will not consider any responses for part(s) of the required services.
The commencement of services for the sites detailed the Statement of Requirement is expected to be early August 2016. We require the ability to alter guarding requirements as changes to the property portfolio of the department occur. These may occur over the initial contract period and a degree of flexibility is expected on the part of tenderers.
Tenderers are required to provide a signed Deed of Confidentiality (attached) prior to the release of detailed information on the Statement of Requirement. Please forward signed Deed of Confidentiality to securityservicesteam@industry.gov.au to receive additional attachment.
