Landcom trading as UrbanGrowth NSW (UrbanGrowth NSW) is managing the delivery of components of Stages 4 & 5 within the Bonnyrigg Regeneration Project at the Bonnyrigg Housing Estate on behalf of the landowner NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC).
UrbanGrowth NSW is seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) from Respondents who wish to register their interest:
* in being appointed to construct all or some of the Stage 4 Dwellings in accordance with the DA and Stage 4 Contracts and/or the requirements of LAHC (Phase 1) ; and/or
* in acquiring all or some of the Unsold Stage 4 Lots and Stage 5 Lots. UrbanGrowth NSW anticipates that the Unsold Stage 4 Lots and Stage 5 Lots will be sold via Put and Call Options so that Respondents will have the ability to purchase the Unsold Stage 4 Lots and/or Stage 5 Lots or to nominate a third party to purchase these lots. (Phase 2) (together, the Project)
