The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the provision of Commercial and Technical Services for Government Property as specified in this EOI.
Services under EOI DSD-3799-16 will be procured in two stages:
* Stage 1 – Expression of Interest;
* Stage 2 – Invitation to Offer.
Stage 1 (this stage) is seeking to shortlist suppliers who can then progress to Stage 2, which will establish:
* a number of service contracts to provide specialist commercial and technical advice to Property Queensland, within the Department of State Development; and
* a whole-of-government Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of Commercial and Technical Services for Government Property.
