Tender Description
The project will include the installation of new modular toilet facilities within the Children’s Precinct of the Benalla Botanical Gardens located on Bridge Street West, Benalla. These facilities are one element of a comprehensive, community/Council project to upgrade existing play equipment and create an overall new Adventure Park.
The successful contractor will need to be able to demonstrate past experience, specifically in building high quality, modular toilet facilities. They will be required to have a thorough understanding of current engineering and public safety design principles.
This construction project will be awarded to a company who can partner with the Benalla Rural City Council and stakeholders including voluntary, but trade-qualified workers and any appointed consultants. Heritage Victoria has a keen interest in this project and will be a point of reference throughout the design and construction process.
