Tender Description
Description: Strathfield Council invites applicants from appropriately qualified and experienced background in the relocation of demountable buildings. A detailed description of the requirements can be found in Council’s Request for Quotation document.
Obtaining Documentation: Quotation documents will be available from Thursday 17 March 2016 for downloading from Strathfield Council webpage at www.strathfield.nsw.gov.au on the Public Notice.
Requests for Further Information: Further information can be obtained by contacting Council’s Contact Person (Rashad Danoun) at Rashad.danoun@strathfield.nsw.gov.au. Word document of the General Conditions of the Contract can be obtained by request from Council Contact Person.
Deadline: Proposals will be accepted until 4:00pm on Friday 31 March 2016. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Quotation Briefing/Site Inspection: A quotation briefing will be held at 10am on Wednesday 23 March, 2016 at the site listed in the heading through Weeroona Road and follow the instruction of the Depot Superintendent. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend. Interested parties should pre-register attendance by emailing the email listed above by no later than Monday 21 March, 2016.
Lodgement: Responses may be lodged via email to the email listed above (preferred method) or by post to PO Box 120, Strathfield, NSW, 2135 or by hand to Council’s Tender/Quotation Box at Customer Service Centre, 65 Homebush Road Strathfield.
Note: Responses that are submitted by post or by hand will also require submission of full set of electronic documents on CD or DVD.
Canvassing of any Council members or officers involved in the RFQ, will disqualify applicants from the selection criteria process.
Submission will be assessed against a number of selection criteria (the lowest will not necessarily be accepted).
