SMCT would like to invite you to submit a tender for Services, encompassing the requirements outlined in the attached RFT.
The purpose of this RFT is to source suitable services which can meet/exceed the requirements. RFT respondents are to address the requirements in accordance with best practice principles.
Note that the attached RFT drawings are indicative and that it is up to the Tenderers to confirm the specifications on site or via SMCT 's contact person (see below).
If you are interested in providing a response for these works, please ensure that you complete and provide the requested information and documentation. Responses must be received by no later than 3.00pm Thursday 14th April 2016.

To ensure clarity of the scope of works required for successful delivery of this RFT, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend a half hour site briefing at Springvale Botanical Cemetery at 8.30am Friday 18th March 2016. Meeting at Reception, Clarence Reardon Centre, Springvale Botanical Cemetery. Site Visit Contact will be: Phil Snow on 0400 230855.
All questions must be submitted by 3.00 pm Wednesday 23rd March 2016, and will be responded to no later than 3.00 pm Thursday 31st March 2016.
