Expressions of Interest are invited from registered commercial Building Companies for the new building works to Trinity College, Colac, corner Hart Street and Pound Road, Colac.
The works shall comprise construction of a new Performing Arts Centre incorporating Theatre, Classrooms, Offices, Amenities, General Storage and associated site works (approx . 1,445m2).
Registrations are limited to two A4 pages and shall be received at the following address prior to 2.00 pm on Thursday 24th March 2016 (from which, a short-list of Tenderers shall be prepared).
