Tender Description
The Australia Council is currently seeking Expressions of Interests from appropriate individuals/consultants or organisations to join a Multi-User List (MUL), for the provision of facilitation services for the Australia Council Leadership Program.
Applications will be assessed on the following criteria:
Professional facilitation and/or teaching experience with the ability to support a range of learning levels including senior arts leaders.
Knowledge and experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs.
Deep understanding of contemporary leadership practices within an arts and cultural context.
Expertise in a range of relevant topics such as innovation, strategy, new business models, governance, engagement and partnerships.
Strong arts management acumen with a good understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by Australian arts leaders today.
