The Queensland Mental Health Commission is seeking proposals for Invitations to Offer for the following:-
Consultancy services to develop online tools to assist monitoring and reporting for the Queensland Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol Strategic Plan 2014-2019
Summary of opportunity and QMHC objectives
This project seeks to provide the QMHC and stakeholders with a simple, online system to input, search and extract data and information relevant to the implementation of the Strategic Plan and associated Action Plans (both current and future).
The QMHC has issued this Invitation to Offer to engage a consultant to:
* Develop an online solution that will enable lead agencies to directly input their action item report/s into categories to be determined by the QMHC which can in turn be quality assured.
* The online solution must include a dashboard that is available for public viewing
