Tender Description
Applications are invited from not-for-profit community organisations for the provision of innovative programs and services that focus on supporting prisoners to make a successful transition from prison to the community and in turn reduce their risk of re-offending.
Specialist transitional support for Ageing prisoners.
Programs promoting family and community connectedness.
Place based services with a focus on improving access to reintegration supports in known disadvantaged communities.
