Tender Description
The Kiribati Facility will initially comprise of the Skills for Employment Program (SfEP) and the Flexible Support Facility (FSF).
The SfEP will develop a more capable, qualified and mobile i-Kiribati workforce. Australia’s investment in SfEP will support the Government of Kiribati to provide labour market demand-driven skills development to young people who seek to work in domestic and offshore labour markets.
The FSF will provide DFAT with an efficient and flexible mechanism to implement its other investments in Kiribati in addition to SfEP. The FSF will provide DFAT with a flexible delivery mechanism to better manage in-country development demands and strengthen alignment across its aid investments in Kiribati.
