Tender Description
The provision of a quality assured contract for play space renewal including hard and soft landscape works at the following five sites Kings Park, Upper Ferntree Gully Melway 74 D6, Ashbrook Reserve, Rowville, Melway 81 G7, Pine Hill Reserve, Rowville Melway 82 E1, Icarus Court Reserve, Boronia Melway 64 F9, Paisley Avenue Reserve, Boronia 65 C9, Streeton Court Reserve, Rowville Melway 81 J4.
The contract will be a fixed term contract from the date of written acceptance of Tender with practical completion to be reached by 30 June 2015, plus a 13 week maintenance and establishment period. Practical Completion will be achieved once all landscape works have been completed to the satisfaction of the superintendent.
A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held at the at Knox City Council Depot, 102 Lewis Road (end of Bridgewood crescent) Wantirna South in Meeting Room 1 at 3.00pm on Wednesday, 16th March, 2016. Tender forms, drawings and specification may be obtained from Monday, 7th March 2016 for a non refundable cost of $75.00 (incl. GST) at our Customer Service Centre, 511 Burwood Hwy, Wantirna South.
Tenders must be submitted on forms supplied and be lodged in the Tender Box at the Civic Centre by 4.00pm Wednesday 30th March 2016. Tenders for all contracts must be lodged in the Tender Box on Level 1 at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South prior to the closing date in a sealed envelope endorsed with the description of tender and contract number. Facsimile or late submissions will not be considered. Council is not bound to accept the lowest and/or any tender.
