Tender Description
The project involves redevelopment works to three of the major existing building elements on site; A Block, B Block and E Block (the Gymnasium).
Tenderers are to take into account that the works will need to be staggered in two parts to ensure the school has continuity of access to a suitable number of classrooms during the contract period. The Stage 1 works are to include the new Administration Building, and the refurbishment of B & E Blocks. The Stage 2 works will be the refurbishment of Block A. It is a requirement that Stage 1 works be completed and occupied prior to the commencement of the Stage 2 works.
