ARTC is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified, experienced and available entities to provide strategic and specific legal advice for the Inland Rail Programme.
The EOI will be seeking responses for two packages:
* Package 1: Contracts and Construction matters.
* Package 2: Environmental and planning matters.
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum requirements to be eligible for consideration:
* Demonstrate experience in successfully providing client side legal advisory services for major infrastructure projects greater than $250M in Australia within the last 5 years in each of the specialist services areas for which it is applying.
* Demonstrate the Applicant includes Key Persons with relevant experience at a senior level in leading the provisions of legal advisory services for major infrastructure projects in Australia in each of the following specialist areas for which it is applying.
