Overview
Victoria Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA) Health invites Service Providers to respond to this Request for Legal Services (RFLS) for the provision of legal services to support VIDA Health's program of work.
Scope
VIDA Health is seeking to appoint a single Service Provider to deliver the Required Services described in Section 4 across the following Areas of Law:
- Employment, Industrial Relations and Equal Opportunity
- Commercial and Contracts
- Construction, Infrastructure and Major Projects
- Intellectual Property and Information Technology
- Planning and Environment
Eligibility
This RFLS is issued under clause 6.1 of the Deed of Standing Offer for the Provision of Legal Services between the State of Victoria, acting through the Department of Justice and Community Safety, and the recipient firm (Standing Offer).
Instructions to Tenderers
Service Providers are invited to submit their proposal, including proposed terms, pricing and resourcing, in accordance with this RFLS and the requirements of the Standing Offer.
Following evaluation, the successful Service Provider will be engaged under a standard Legal Services Order (LSO) issued under the Standing Offer. Services are expected to commence once the LSO is executed.
This RFLS is governed by the Standing Offer. Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms used in this RFLS have the meaning given in the Standing Offer. This RFLS, including all information provided in connection with it, must be treated as strictly confidential.
