Tender Description
The State Control Centre (SCC), managed by Emergency Management Victoria (EMV), is an operational centre that co-ordinates the state-wide services, systems and support to response agencies for the safe delivery of the community and its assets. This service is 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year.
Teleconferencing Services is part of the communication services the SCC provides to the Commissioner, critical EM meetings and decision groups, regional and local control centres and the wider EM community for the sharing of critical information for resilience, response to emergency events and recovery from these events. Any failure or breakdown of these services potentially places the community lives and assets at risk.
