Tender Description
Tenders are invited and will be received up to 2pm Tuesday 22 March 2016 for:
The removal and replacement of nominated windows, re-caulking of steel spandrels and installation of remedial cavity ties on the War Memorial Cultural Centre. This work includes but is not limited to window replacement and repairs, removal of hazardous materials, concrete repairs and rendering, replacement of waterproofing and weatherings (flashings).
Responsibility for lodgement by the deadline lies solely with the tenderer. Lodgement information is provided in the tender document. Council is not bound to accept the lowest tender or any tender submitted.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at 9:00am Tuesday 8 March at the War Memorial Cultural Centre, 1 Laman Street, Cooks Hill. Attendance is at the tenderer's expense.
