DELWP is seeking to streamline and improve its engagement with Service Providers by incorporating a number of important Executive Search and Outplacement Support Services into a Professional Services Panel.

This will be established as a Panel sourcing procurement model structured to ensure that DELWP receives optimal value for money through access to a panel of experienced Service Providers. DELWP is seeking to appoint a panel of Service Providers across three Key Service Areas covering:

* Team and Self Development, Culture, Dynamics and Transition:
Facilitation of team, leadership and self-development assessment services, workshops and programs to address current context, challenges and potential development, drawing on a range of diagnostic tools. These services are principally those which will not result in a change to an employee’s training record.

* Workforce Capability Development Planning and Strategy:
Provision of Planning and Capability Services to assist DELWP with broader business planning and capability identification and development.

* Change Management:
Provision of structural change management services including organisational design, role clarity and workplace restructures following Clause 10 requirements of the Workplace Determination 2012 (or successor agreement). Provision of behavioural change services to assist DELWP with the coordination of structured change in order to achieve lasting change within the organization.
