This is a Quality Assurance Contract.

This is a joint Federal and State funded project.

Tenders are invited from professional engineering service companies for the provision of a site based contract manager to act in the role of Principal’s Authorised Delegate on a GC21 construct only contract for the Western Sydney Program Office.

One contract manager is required for a period of 2 years on the Northern Road Upgrade Stage 1.

The Tenderer’s nominated personnel must have:
* At least 12 years experience in road and bridge construction;
* Previous experience as an authorised delegate on GC21 construct only contracts; and
* Previous experience on RMS projects.

The Building Code 2013 (Building Code) and the Supporting Guidelines to the Building Code 2013 (Supporting Guidelines) applies to this project. This document can be viewed at the Australian Government website at http://www.fwbc.gov.au/building-code

The NSW Government’s Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry (NSW Code) and the NSW Government’s Implementation Guidelines to the NSW Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry (NSW Guidelines) apply to this Contract. Compliance with the NSW Code and NSW Guidelines is a pre-requisite to submitting any response to a procurement process (expression of interest or tender response) and to successful applications being awarded.
