Undertaking building maintenance, perimeter security fencing, lead paint remediation, surface corrosion and painting, demolition and roof repair works across multiple buildings and facilities at RAAF Pearce.
The scope of works will generally include the following:
* Remove and replace window frames;
* Repaint window frames and doors;
* Remove surface corrosions and repaint existing structures;
* Undertake lead paint remediation across multiple buildings;
* Replace roof gutters and downpipes;
* Repoint existing brickwork;
* Remove surface corrosion to the underside of roof eaves;
* Demolish an existing building and structure, and make good area;
* Supply and install new industrial pool pump;
* Supply and install new cabinets and medical grade stainless steel benches;
* Supply and install new mechanical operated roller shutter;
* Supply and install new roof purlins and sheeting;
* Clean existing roof tiles, seal and recoat; and
* Remove and dispose of existing perimeter fencing. And supply and install new security perimeter fencing along Great Northern Highway.
