Moreland City Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to provide refurbishment improvement works to the facilities at AG.Gillon Oval Grandstand 133A Hope Street, Brunswick and Balfe Park Soccer Pavilion 54-64 John Street, Brunswick.

There are two (2) options for this tender:
(1) provide a lump sum price for both projects and refurbish simultaneously; or
(2) provide a lump sum price and complete one (1) project only

The successful tenderer would be expected to commence the works by 4 April 2016 and commit to the completion date of 30 June 2016.

AG Gillon Oval Grandstand works:
Refurbished of existing change rooms to "female friendly" change rooms, construct new DDA unisex toilet, umpires room, painting works and lighting for AG.Gillon Oval Grandstand.

Balfe Park Soccer Pavilion works:
Refurbishment of existing change rooms to "female friendly" change rooms, construct new DDA unisex toilet, umpires room, kitchen and sitting room and painting works.

A Compulsory site inspection will be held on 29 February, 8:30AM - 10.30AM February 2016 at AG Gillon Oval Grandstand, 133A Hope Street, Brunswick.

A Compulsory site inspection will be held on 29 February 2016, 1.30PM - 3.30PM at Balfe Park Soccer Pavilion, 45 - 64 John Street, Brunswick.
