Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the Civil Car Park and Boat Ramp construction at the end of Nojoor Road, Twin Waters.
The construction works will consist of but not limited to:
* 40 boat parking spaces and some single parking;
* Road extension;
* Drainage and landscaping works;
* Boat ramp;
* Design and construction of floating walkway.
The site is located within an environmentally sensitive area and as such, conditional requirements enforced by State agencies to undertake the works must be strictly adhered to. The site sits on the Maroochy River and is surrounded by Native bushland and requires specialist equipment and methodology for working on the site.
