EOI1516-04 Leasing of Proposed Mobile Food Unit

⁠⁠⁠A.1.1.1 Council is requesting “Expressions of Interest” for the provision and operation of a Mobile Food Unit “Kiosk” to enhance the appeal of Regatta Park and to offer a range of food products suitable for outdoor consumption with a focus on innovative menus and food quality.
A.1.1.2 The Mobile Food Unit (motorised van or a caravan style unit) should be as small as practical, have a low environmental impact and may demonstrate creativity and high quality in the design of the unit and equipment, adding to the unique character of the landscape. The Unit will need to be fully self-contained and fully mobile to enable removal from the site at the end of each day’s trading.

Council will provide a Ground Licence to permit the Mobile Unit will be situated within Regatta Park-Location to be confirmed) and subject to any Development Consents. The successful applicant/operator will be required to provide and maintain the Mobile Unit, fittings and equipment, plus any temporary seating/tables required. The operator will also be responsible for all operations of the business including any statutory and Licensing requirements.
