Barwon Water is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for a relocatable house located at 41-47 Elgin Street, Drysdale, Vic 3222.

The house is currently in two parts, having previously been relocated. Barwon Water requires the house removed from this site.

The EOI is for the house only. All transport and associated fees and charges should be paid by the successful applicant.

The weatherboard house consists of three bedrooms, kitchen and dining, a separate lounge, laundry, bathroom and two toilets.

The house will be open for inspection between 3.00 pm and 3.30 pm on Wednesday 17 February 2016.

Please note: The house is covered by tarpaulins owned by Phillip Butler House Relating and are not for sale.

Phillip Butler originally moved the house to this site and would be best placed to relocate the house.

EOI closes on Friday 2 March 2016 at 5.00 pm.
