Tender Description
Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors for the design, supply of materials and equipment, construction, installation of equipment, testing, pre-commissioning, the supply of operation & maintenance manuals and training of the Principal's staff in the operation of the equipment supplied & installed under the Contract for the Design Development and Construction of the Sewage Pumping Station and Rising Main.
The upgrade comprises the construction of a new Sewage Pumping Station (SPS) at the existing Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) site at Nash Street and Rising Main from the SPS to the new STP at the Akuna Road site.
With regards the onsite works, the SPS & RM Contractor will be required to work in accordance with PSC's HSECQ Management requirements as outlined within the Tender documents.
Equipment and materials required for the construction will be supplied by the successful Tenderer as part of the Contract.
A detailed brief of the extent of services required by Council is set out in Volume 3 - Specifications of this Tender document.
A Non-mandatory Tender Briefing / Site Inspection will be held as per the details provided in the table below:
