Overview
Mid-Western Regional Council is seeking a contractor to execute civil infrastructure works associated with the Key Worker Housing development.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Civil works associated with the Key Worker Housing development
- Electrical works
- NBN infrastructure works
- Demolition works
- Stormwater infrastructure works
- Water infrastructure works
- Sewer infrastructure works
- Roadworks
- Associated infrastructure services
- Provision of all labour, plant, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to deliver the works
- Engagement and management of subcontractors as required
- Coordination of approvals necessary to deliver the works
- Delivery of incidental works necessary to complete the works as a complete, compliant, and operational outcome
