Lease of a Cafe

⁠⁠⁠Sunraysia Institute of Technical & Further Education. Expression of Interest - Lease of Sunitafe Cafe. Expressions of Interest are invited by the Sunraysia Institute of TAFE for the lease of a new SuniTAFE Cafe at the Swan Hill campus.

Interest is sought from suitable individuals or businesses to enter into a lease agreement for the operation of a new cafe currently under construction.

The successful lessee will provide:
* A cafe service delivery a high quality standard of food, beverage and service to SuniTAFE patrons and members of the community.
* Operations to begin early 2016.
* Co-ordination, supply and installation of some equipment, furniture and fittings.
* All consumables.
