Tender Description
The Sustainability Works program is part of a larger sustainability strategy to be undertaken by SGCH. In June 2015, SGCH commenced a co-design process to develop a scope of tenant sustainability measures for SGCH new and existing properties, to be co-funded by SGCH and a capital grant from NSW Office of Environment & Heritage (OEH). This funded scheme is known as the Home Energy Action Program. The Sustainability Works program (The Project) intention is to upgrade approximately 1,400 properties with a range of capital works to improve energy efficiency and comfort for residents.
